What can I return?

You may request returns for all items (Under 7 days you receive order). Return not available for Cake.

Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on

What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  2. Once the return is received, you will, Received your amount in your bank account (6 working days) 

If order is a Cash on Delivery Order, Our Customer Support call You, For Your Bank Details.

Note: only Cakes are not Eligible for Return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are incorrectly sent to the wrong customer. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at
